Seems to be quite functional; However, the hinges/buckles connecting the stand appear to be just cheaper ABS plastic and will likely fail sooner than if aluminum or steel were used in production. Also, it is very difficult to route the speaker wire through the curved part. I used rope and tape to pull the wire through. Another flaw is that while different sized bolts/screws were supplied to attach the speakers, they didn't come with the right nuts to screw onto the bolts, so I had to make extra trips to Lowes to find the right hardware to finish it.
