the "bulge of the buckle " is no longer visible under the shirts.

This product did exactly what it was supposed to do. Fits flat through buckle/front. It fits many sizes and has a lot of stretch. Contradictory as it may seem, keep your belt looser than you think so it doesn't "pull up" behind your pants when you're sitting down. The strap detaches when you open it to use/change the toilet. Simple solution. Attach the end to the top of your trousers and you only need to thread 1 piece of the belt back into the loops!
