The second block with peelable coating on the handles.
This is my second door handle! When I first unpacked it, I noticed that the coating on the inside handle was peeling off. So I returned it and got a replacement because I love the style of my new front door. I inspected the new one very carefully before installing it. I only installed it about a week ago and the coating on the outside handle is now peeling off! I am beyond disappointed with this product. I thought it was a well known quality brand. I have now installed this handle on my new $1700 door. I would say disappointed is an understatement. It wasn't that easy to install, and it was weird because some of the installation screws that looked like they were the same were in different sealed bags. I haven't contacted the manufacturer yet because it's the weekend. but I will update my review after talking to them.
