EDIT: I have since had to buy a new one, and now taken a star off.This product though working perfect is also unbalanced. The lip it has makes it hard to place on must mugs and cups (as someone else said) and as a result, it slipped one morning, shattered and covered the person making coffee in hot water and coffee grinds.perfect. It worked well so we ordered another, we just also are ordering a mug that fits it perfect so this doesn't happen again.This does JUST what it needs to do, its heavier then I thought, and that is a good thing. The design is sleek and makes my morning a bit fun. its easy to set up, and use as well (for a first time user). With added filters included, this makes it a super fast grab or a perfect gift.The only 'downsides" I can think of, the size of the 'lip' at the bottom is odd, and makes fitting on some mugs and cups a bit hard, but it isn't deal breaking. I also wish instructions would have been inside, even if you do change up how you make it to 'match' your taste, a rough "here is how we recommend" would have been nice.
