A weight of 1.1 kg is acceptable for me. Plus a mat and in full you can keep within 2kg. It’s quite suitable for the beach, the main thing is not to get caught in the rain, although this is also solved by taking a waterproof awning with you. There are options for easier, but it is either too expensive or inconvenient. Or you will have to make it yourself, which is not suitable for everyone.
- For the money that I bought, just a super thing for the beach.
- It will not save you from rain, since it is only 300mm (these are nit-picking, but still).
