The meat grinder is very robust and easy to disassemble and clean. The problem I had was with the blade. Turns out it wasn't spicy at all! A silly twist that didn't really do its job. Washed in the sink without chemicals and dried with a kitchen towel. Brownish spots appeared on the towel, and the blade itself rusted the next morning. I held it on a paper towel until it was completely dry, but it still rusted. I mainly use this hand grinder for breading stale bread or chopping nuts but not for meat. He didn't do the work at all.
