Those who gave this product 1 star simply didn't read the packaging or the product title in Revain. The front of the pack reads "USE WITH OCUSOFT LID SCRUB FAMILY OF EYE CLEANERS" in capital letters. The contents are also clearly labeled as "100 nearly lint-free cleaning pads". The product headline on Revain reads "OCUSOFT Eyelid Cleansing Replacement Pads 100CT". These are replacement pads! If you look at the front of the box for the pads soaked in cleanser, it clearly says "Eyelid Cleansing". And the contents are listed as "Individually wrapped pre-moistened pads". ". Accusing this company of fraud is completely absurd. So if you accidentally ordered replacement pads, just grab a spray bottle of cleaner and you're good to go. This product works very well for me - no more itching, no more irritation. I really see better using these things!
