Had a wooden area with a fire pit that needed chairs with some color. Ordered 2 blue chairs, one came pre-assembled which was easy to put together than the other chair that arrived in a narrow box completely disassembled. Directions were thorough and everything needed to assemble was provided although I did use my hand drill to secure. Each chair took about 45-60 mins. One of the chairs came with a lot of scratch marks & three protruding dimples on the face of the 3-slats where one would rest their back, was uncomfortable. We took photos and contacted Serwall and waiting now for the replacement. That said, they assured us that the replacement would be on its way VERY soon. The fact that Serwall stood behind its product is impressive. We ordered 2 more chairs and tables. They look great, we can't wait for the replacement so we can have friends over and sit around the fire pit.We gave Serwall 5 stars because a company that stands behind their product when things go south are the kind of companies we need more of in the US. It makes it easy to spread the word.
