UPDATE - There was a bad device - Support fixed the issue

UPDATE: SSK contacted me and confirmed that there was something wrong with my device. They sent me a replacement with a delivery time of 2 days and I just tested it and it works great. Getting SSD speed through Type-C interface in both directions. +1 for assistance when I didn't even ask for it lol. ************************ Original Rating ************************ ** So I'm not sure what's going on with this device, but the USB-C connection on its front end doesn't seem to be standard. 1/10 performance (40MB/s). Flip the USB-C connector the other way and it won't work. The included cable performs well with sequential read speeds of 440MB/s. On the one hand. Flip the USB-C connector and - 40MB/s. I would stay away from that thing, seriously dodgy. Spend $10 more and get one from a more reputable source.
