Review on DMLIANKE M.2 to USB Type-C Enclosure: SATA M.2 SSD External Case (Blue) by Jonny Dogruyol

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It fulfills its function during assembly without much difficulty.

You are dealing with VERY SMALL screws. Both ends of this device will detach/open and you will slide the M.2 drive board out of the black chamber surrounding the drive board and the M.2 drive you will be installing on it. It comes with all the necessary small parts (this REQUIRES a small screwdriver as the screws you remove to open the case on either end are very small and VERY EASY TO LOST. I suggest using a small white washcloth to clean the assembly And remount the drive those little screws don't bounce off the rag if you're a surgeon and don't drop anything, good for you I'm not clumsy but if you drop one of those little black screws leave, good luck figuring out that the metal case and its detachable ends are machined to fit VERY TIGHT (just a warning if you're assembling the drive) there are appendages (USB stick connectors) sticking out (I have one and I like it but it doesn't) Doesn't come with a protective case to protect the USB attachment. After this drive enclosure is compatible with your M.2 drive erk assembled, plug in the power cord, and then plug it into your computer. Works flawlessly. 3 stars because it's so hard to work with screwing the hard drive to the drive board (which comes with the unit). The positive side of that? . This device comes with a small set of tiny screws to attach the M.2 to the drive board. :) Good buy and satisfies the need for it. I'm sure it will last for many years.
