I was very pleased when I opened the package. The necklace features a stainless steel heart with a flawless print on the front. I was surprised at how heavy it seemed, which is a good thing! I was able to fill it using the funnel that came with the kit. There was a long needle in the kit whose purpose wasn't very clear until something was needed to clean it. I tried to do this but I kept the funnel in the hole. What I thought meant the full amount was reached, probably due to clogs. I didn't notice until I removed the funnel. At this point I saw that the particles were very different sizes and to loosen them I had to take them out of the small hole and tilt them so the pin could push through the narrowest end back into the bag. Because of this, I didn't know how much it really takes to fill a heart before it clogs. I might put it back in to put in a little more to see if it has more room. But by this point I was emotionally drained and content that at least some of the ashes had gotten inside. The tiny screw was easy to loosen and tighten (with an eyeglass screwdriver) so the whole event was done in about 5 minutes. I like the cord chain that keeps the knots from twisting.
