This is a nice water bottle. It can hold up to 64 ounces of water or your choice of liquid. It has some motivating time markers on the side to help you keep track of your water/hydration intake. This should keep you well hydrated every day if you can empty it every day. I'll admit that drinking that much water isn't much at all, and I personally prefer mine to be flavored in some way or made into a tea or something. It has a large opening that allows you to fill it up quickly and add ice as well. if you decide It also makes cleaning easier. It has a flip top lid with a secure lock so you can protect the hole you are drinking from from dust, dirt, germs or anything else. You can use the straw that comes with it or just remove it if you want, personally I prefer to use it without. It has a convenient carrying handle that makes it easy to carry. It's BPA and toxin free, which is important since you don't want to slowly but surely add toxins to your body through the water. Trust me you will add that there are many other possibilities, you don't have to add this one. This bottle has lots of fun designs as well as some muted solid colors so there's something for everyone.
