Looks great, not sure about durability

Love the look and fit of this watchband.
The material seems very durable and seems like it will hold up well in the demanding environment where I work (a busy commercial kitchen) Unfortunately, within a fews days of purchase on of the metal grommets came out. It wasn't on the hole I was using to buckle the band, but now about a week later a second one, in the hole I use has also popped out, so I'm afraid it's not going to hold up very well over time and without the grommets to reinforce the holes, it seems like they will wear quickly
