I am compelled to write this review today after my wife brought it to my attention that the top base (where the blender sits) of the motor unit was covered in very fine sawdust and when she turned it on, the machine made an incredible grinding noise. So I quickly realized that it was a blender blade that definitely failed because it "got stuck" when turning it by hand in the spin cycle. So a new mixer at Revain costs around $105 and it's really hard to find anywhere else. I don't want to spend half the cost of the machine on a blender jar. Then I had the brilliant idea to get a parts diagram, identify the parts I needed and order. nope; there are no schematics anywhere. Then I called Easter Support in Boca Raton, Florida to see what my options were. Sorry, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, nobody is taking calls. Okay, I have a warranty right; It's a seven year warranty, I'm golden. I mentioned the warranty number in the owner's manual. The recording was in French and was never translated into English. So the moral of the story is I got burned, and that's called living. The lesson is that I will never buy an expensive device without knowing the service side of the equation. I don't care if it's a disposable device or tool; You expect it to break. (Think of port freight). So I bought a much more expensive American set with a service history that answers their calls.
