I have the detachable keyboard version. The keyboard's keys have good spring action for tactile feedback, so you know when to press the key you need to press. I like that it detaches as it allows it to be further away from the iPad. I've found that if I don't have a keyboard connected, the case puts the iPad to sleep when I close the case (which I like). As a result, when the keyboard is attached to the case, it no longer puts the iPad to sleep when the case is closed. A bit of a shame (hence the minus 1 star for ease of use) if I keep the keyboard in the case the iPad doesn't automatically go to sleep so it's easier for me to keep the keyboard out of the case when I' I'm at home to turn it on and off automatically. The case offers full edge protection around the iPad which I like but it doesn't fit very snugly so sometimes I catch the edge of the case and it folds back but the iPad stays in the case and everything is fine. I read in another review that they added a glass lid and I think if I had that it might have been tighter. **** It's important to read the Bluetooth pairing instructions - the procedure isn't like the typical one, it turns on and pairs - there is a simple procedure where you hold down a few buttons and then pair. I had no problems connecting the keyboard as some have mentioned. I like that I can turn off the keyboard backlight to save power or when I don't need it. The ability to change colors is good, and the added benefit of having a different left side than right side helps me see QWERTY finger placement as I'm not an experienced typist. It's a good grip and overall the body feels very solid. For the price I think it's very good value for money and it seems well made. I highly recommend.
