I'm just looking at the size as that was the hardest part of the purchase for me because it's tiny. I had the hardest time between xs xxs and small. I have a pug puppy that is 4 months old and weighs 5.8 pounds. Her neck is 10 inches and her bust is 14. I got XXS at first and was too small. So I went for it and got the XS, it fits perfectly and has room to grow. Small would be too big for those of you puppies and breeds I wanted to help. Attached is a photo of my baby. A lot of you didn't say what you measured or the weight so I wanted to be more specific, I was just lucky I used the photos as a guide. Thank you and good luck. It seems light and comfortable, of course she was afraid of that as a puppy lol. If I go to the pool I will come back to add how it was in the water.
