Pros: Very light and breathable. Lots of pillows. The back lip is flexible so it doesn't rub against the Achilles tendon and blister (which happens to me a lot with new shoes). Cons: wear out quickly - I've had these shoes for less than two months. I run them two or three times a week. The fabric on the insoles had already peeled and unrolled, revealing half of the rubber pad underneath.
