This is a very comfortable office chair. It has a very very hard seat which is great for my hip issues. I love that the seat is covered in fabric so I don't sweat like I do with the leather seat. The lumbar support is phenomenal and fully adjustable. I can adjust the hardness and vertical position. The trick to adjusting the lumbar is that you have to pull it into the desired position. If you then change your mind, pull it all the way up so you can slide it back down and start the ratchet again to change positions. The arms move forward/backward, in/out, and up/down. The base is metal, the wheels rotate smoothly. The backrest is gray mesh and the seat is solid black, no mesh. This chair is a winner.
