I first bought a Zumo XT with the motorcycle bracket kit that came with it. This mount was added to the car kit to be able to use it in the car while driving. The motorcycle assembly kit requires 5 gold points to power it; Leave "protected from rain". The car assembly kit uses a "socket" under a rubber cover to expose this connection to the elements. This could be a problem with your ATV. when using the car mount kit. Otherwise the suction cup works as intended.
