I miss the days when it came assembled

Okay, assembly was pretty easy, but every click reminded me we were talking about plastic and it felt like it wasn't Lasting 10 years or more (like every other vacuum I've owned has handled with ease). The accessories were what I was hoping for, but honestly I wasn't sure what I was going to get. After all the reviews I really wasn't quite sure what we were going to get. So I would encourage Shark to step up and be crystal clear on what is being provided. Those reading this will receive a nozzle, a brush and a chair/stair brush. So do not worry. The noise is reasonable. Suction is (so far) very strong. Maneuverability is just as good. This is a 4 star car. There are 2 main disadvantages. First, the damn cord seems to get in the way all the time. Second, whoever said the canister tank is "small" was nice. We vacuum at least twice a week with our old machine and this little one has been vacuuming tons of dirt off our oriental rugs. Well we got the shark to work on them and the cell filled up the first time. This is a 9x12 rug that has had me emptying the room and wondering what lies ahead. Luckily, the hose's functions don't do the same damage as a carpet tool, and we were able to carpet hardwood floors and stairs without having to empty the canister. Tomorrow I'll vacuum the carpet upstairs and see what happens. I'll be writing again in a month to let people know how things are going. Something tells me it won't last 40 years like our first vacuum lol.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Almost everything is there
