I like that it's easy for anyone who has little knowledge of podcasting technology but wants more exposure/audience than they can get elsewhere in their niche market or industry - even if only by 10%. The customer service team at PodCast Central really goes above & beyond! It would be great when you have questions about your account (or mine!) not being able solve immediately because someone else will help me out instead :) If there were some way we could easily see stats from our episodes so far? That'd also make my job easier as well :).
