While waiting for a camera replacement I can only really comment on what I have and the customer service. Firstly what I received as high quality even though my camera was defective. Second, and more importantly, my customer support experience has been fantastic! They really work with you to fix a technical issue. They were nice and polite and gave great information. The bottom line is that this is the company you want to work with. They will treat you well and provide you with good equipment for your project.
