Review on 🐶 Bulldog Zoo Snood - Ear Wrapless Costume for Pets by Todd Casey

I bought the size medium and found it to small for my bulldog (she has an 18.5" head and the leash is stretched to a maximum of 14"). The snood was made with so much love that I really wanted it to work so I contacted Zoo Snood customer service to ask if I got the small size or if I needed a size up. David wrote back to me that they recently resized based on customer feedback so the environment now runs smaller. He also acknowledged that they're at a breaking point because they've now received feedback that they made it undersized, and they're still working on sizing and a new size chart to reflect the changes they've made. He thought my bulldog would fit better in a plus size although maybe a little loose and sent it to me straight away. I got it in two days (so fast!) and while it's a little loose I really think my bully likes it better that way. and since it's not moving fast (huh), it's not moving too far. I am so incredibly happy with the snood and the customer service. David has made me a regular customer and I am already planning to buy a reindeer and a fox soon!
