After honest and consistent testing I don't like that it doesn't hold my phone. My phone may fall right out with a very thin case. I don't like that charging is extremely slow and my phone overheats. I don't like that the dashboard decal doesn't stick after being heated by the sun (like cars do). I don't like that my voice command never worked properly. It always beeps after I say "car charger" but never acknowledges that I say "open". I like the sensor and the conveniently placed opening buttons. I also like that the actual part of the suction cup sticks really well.
