Review on FG-SOLO-00010 Thin Film Monocrystalline Solar Panel by Wildgame Innovations by Lance Alvarez

I bought this solar charger to replace one that was damaged during a hunt hire. It worked flawlessly for almost 3 years when my feeder's battery was fully charged and working. I connected a dead 6 volt battery, the multimeter showed 0 volts. In bright sunlight, the solar panel showed 6.4 volts, charging the battery. In the evening I had 6.2 volts in the battery. ATTENTION! Some manufacturers supply these chargers with the wiring reversed. If your solar charger shows a minus (-) in front of the displayed voltage, the polarity on the multimeter is reversed. I had two solar panels from another company that did just that. I read about it in a review. I cut and soldered red and black wires, red to black and black to red. My multimeter didn't have a negative before the voltage reading, so I know the polarity is correct. Both solar panels are still working. If you try to charge a battery that reads negative, your battery will be destroyed (short circuit) and it will never be charged again. This panel from Wildgame is properly wired and will be up and running shortly.
