Attention, this filter does not fit in all housings!
Lesson learned. I checked the packaging for damage upon arrival knowing I wouldn't install it straight away but never thought to measure it! These filters are 1/8" longer than my filter housing requires. I only found the inconsistency when trying to install it and it was leaking. Of course the old filter was 19-3/4" and now it is 19-7/8". ". And of course the return window is long gone so now I'm stuck with two filters I can't use and wasting a lot of money.
- FITS ALL 20" Big Blue and other 20" heavy duty cases and can replace any 20" x 4.5" charcoal water filter cartridge
- Questionable purchase for seniors
