Second hand? but great suction and works
I'm pretty sure mine has been used with some scuffs and marks BUT it works. Batteries are not included in the kit, it's quite difficult to open the compartment for it, but when it's ready to use, it works great! vacuums ALL my crumbs/dust/dirt on my desk. not too loud. Overall I love mine and would recommend it but was a bit disappointed with the physical condition of my product.
