Review on Rough Country Dana 30 Differential Guard for Jeeps (JK, TJ, YJ, XJ, CJ, ZJ) - Model 1035 by Darrion Hudson

So I haven't smashed this product on rocks yet; but I'll give my preliminary opinion on it. Welds are not strong. The crossbars are only welded on one side, not both. I want all joints to be clearly welded in a circle, and the seams that are there are small. Also, it arrived already with rust. Paint coverage was very minimal and did not cover small tears, nooks and crannies. I painted it before installing it, so I'm not worried; but the seams bother me. The product looks like it just went through the manufacturing process and the factory doesn't care about the quality of the final product. Let's see how it holds up over time. If I manage to break it, I'll follow up to mark the event. I believe this product will be better than nothing. I just wish they did a better job of welding the crossbars. Since it's not a solid piece, just ribs, you'd think they were trying to make those ribs as strong as possible. Rough country is quality.
