I liked that they were able to work with us in finding our ideal solution, which was much more than we expected from them at first! They are very responsive when it comes time to pay invoices or solve issues related to their services as well - communication is key here too!! The only thing about this service provider (Advanced) has been my experience so far would be how slow some of there employees can get sometimes during peak hours/days etc., but other then THAT not really anything else negative yet. This might have something do deal wth any delays though since i'm sure everyone's different :) If you're looking into an advanced chat system like ours; try getting quotes / bids before making your final decision because prices will vary greatly depending upon what features & needs YOU want outfitted within YOUR business model!
