Very cool, heavy and reliable. Easy installation. Note, however, that the bottom stem is 12 inches. Letting it hang too low from a 9ft ceiling. You must have a ceiling over 9 feet for this to work. I replaced the bottom bar with a 4 1/2" bottom bar and that didn't work because everything else is made to work with the included bottom bar and the included bottom bar is thinner than the bottom bar you buy at Home Depot. Turning off the bottom bar wasn't possible on a Home Depot run. Whisperer away, that must have been sooooo cool! I'm 5ft 7" tall and could almost touch it just standing on the floor. My sons , over 6ft tall, nearly hit their heads and our blankets are just over 9ft tall.
