Review on ARCOS 7 Inch Riviera Santoku Handle by Ryan Pollock

I am very satisfied with the ARCOS-7 Santoku knife. What attracted me was the simple aesthetic of the knife. Great design and very sharp for slicing and slicing vegetables and meat. If I had one downside, it's the knife handle, which I like from an aesthetic point of view, could have been a bit thicker for a better grip. Someone with large hands might have trouble handling the knife. Nevertheless, I strongly advise against buying it.
