My first gaming computer, EDIT

My old computer burned down over a year ago and I was looking for a replacement. I was expecting to pay a lot more than $500 and tend to take any lower price as a bad sign of quality, but I've heard good things about the iBUYPOWER and as this is a true gaming computer , I realized that this should work. And it did. --- Advantages --- It can play games with good graphic quality. Tested with Skyrim, FFXIV and Warframe, Warframe only lagged significantly in one area with a high concentration of other players. Apparently it has an internal Wi-Fi adapter. I have a wireless USB port that I used on my old computer and one day I found that even if I unplug it the signal gets a bit weaker but the computer won't turn off. I still use my wireless adapter to maintain a stronger connection, but even if you don't have one, it should still connect to your network wirelessly. It stays nice and cool and quiet. I've been running it for quite a while since I plugged it in (a year without my own computer, you can probably imagine how hard it was for me to tear myself away) and although I can't hear the fan running in the case , I haven't yet found a place that heats up significantly, even after 10-12+ hours of work on a Saturday. When I turn it off, I like to cover it with a cloth to keep dust off my back, and I can do it with confidence almost immediately after turning it off. (I won't do this IMMEDIATELY because I'm very paranoid about fire. But it should solidify my point.) Mouse and keyboard included! I didn't really need a replacement for either, but it's still nice to have additions. --- Cons --- It wasn't until it arrived that I realized it didn't have a CD drive. I should have looked more closely at the case pictures. However, it turns out that you can get external CD drives for around $20-$30, so this is an easy and affordable solution. Regarding the previous point, since Windows 10 is installed on the system, it does not come with a media player program. EDIT: I found a media player. --- And yes, I feel stupid. --- UPDATE --- Okay I was hoping I didn't have to do this but I realized it's been almost 6 months and I've spent most of that time NOT using this computer so I am obliged to update this review. If it worked, it worked perfectly, the points above still apply. However, one day the game I was playing crashed and the computer shut down. It lay like a block in my room for almost 6 weeks before finally responding again, which took about 2 weeks before it stopped. That was about a month ago and today it came back on for a few minutes. I was hoping to avoid a refurb, mostly due to the current pandemic, but there doesn't seem to be a choice. I want to say again; if it worked, it WORKS. But I had used computers that lasted me over 5 years that were marked as 'New'. It feels like it came to me on my deathbed. I hope you have a better result than me, but BUY SAFE WITH A GUARANTEE.
