So disappointed with accessories

SO disappointed! I ordered the Saferin hat with mesh and feathers. The hat came flat like a pancake in a plastic vacuum bag, the plastic headband was broken (I could deal with that) but the feathers were loose and broken. I went to a craft store and bought some feathers, but there is no way to change the shape of the trellis. It was a waste of money, I was so excited when I saw the photo but SO disappointed. The hat must not be worn. You must find a way to ship the hat without damaging it. Apparently it was shipped that way from the factory.
