This unit is similar to what I had (different retailer - I'm hesitant to name the manufacturer as most of the features are the same) , which finally breathed its last after about a year, but with a few significant improvements. First, the brackets that hold the nozzle are now metal; The previous "version" had plastic clips that eventually stopped holding the nozzle. Second, the suction tube is slightly shorter than the length of the tank, so it sucks up all the liquid; The previous version had a longer tube that tended to "sag" in the corner. The device works as expected within the limitations of a battery powered irrigator. The current is strong enough for me. Batteries hold a charge for more than a month. One "downside" if you will is that the device comes with 4 nozzles, so different family members can use the irrigator without "contaminating" anyone's nozzle. Trouble is, they're all black, so you can never tell which snot is which. Luckily, nozzles from my old unit turned up (another indication that this "brand" is just a manifold kit from an unknown manufacturer).
