I like how easy it was to create new questions with this tool! The ability for multiple people in my team to edit/add content at once makes things so much easier than having one person do everything (which we used to use).

We've been able to reduce our time spent creating user guides by about 80% compared to what they were before switching over from another product that didn't have as many features available when editing pages via drag & drop functionality. It's not perfect - sometimes you can accidentally overwrite changes made by other users if their edits are more recent than your own update; however there doesn't seem to be an option where all of those who edited within say X amount of seconds would get notified upon saving that someone else has already updated since them? This could lead to some confusion especially because each page will only display updates.
