This is an attractive toaster that will look great on the kitchen counter. I would also say this is an easy toast winner. However, if you like bagels with toast, look elsewhere. With regular bagels from the supermarket, which are usually not very big, they barely fit in this toaster. And the top edge will never toast because the bagel won't fit deep enough in the toaster. Although the toaster shuts off at the end of the bagel toasting cycle, the springs that lift the toasted product are too weak and I have to physically push the lever up to eject the bagels. Again, this toaster only works well with bread, but I'm disappointed in its ability to process regular bagels.
