The windows in my home office face south and the sun shines on them all day making working indoors very difficult especially in the summertime in Los Angeles in an old building without air conditioning. The glare from the sun makes it difficult to see my computer screen. I needed something to reduce heat and brightness and bought this product. Installation wasn't the easiest. The film sticks well the first time, but the hardest part was getting it to stick smoothly without bumps, bubbles, or wrinkles. I know this is a common problem with window tints so I would recommend this product. Just be aware that without a helper and a large mop or other tools, you probably won't get a perfectly installed window tint. After that, the film worked perfectly. I could immediately tell how much it was cutting off the sun as the temperature in my room dropped quite a bit and glare was no longer an issue. I would definitely buy (and buy) again.
