Review on Updox by Patrick Hamilton

I love how easy it is for me as an office manager/administrator of my practice's clinic operations department (and our billing) with this software! The customer service has been great from Day 1 when we first got started using their product--we've never needed support or assistance in any way that wasn't resolved immediately after submitting via eMail inquiry form online through upDocs Support Center page within 24 hours!! They have helped us set everything out just right including all forms required by Medicare rules which are important since they can affect reimbursement levels if not done correctly. I like that it is very easy for me as an RN to use this software in order to send messages out via our clinic's website. It is also great for sending emails from anywhere with internet access! Nothing really but there are many other programs available. If you're looking for something simple, UpdoX might not fit your needs. Our clinic uses this program daily to communicate with patients about their appointments, prescriptions refills etc.
