The keyboard and mouse design is great and mimics the Apple keyboard and mouse. As stated in the description, the keys are quiet, but they react a little slowly. Update: Customer service contacted me about my issue and replaced the keyboard. The problem appears to have been isolated from a previous device. As previously mentioned, the keyboard is a great low-cost alternative to Apple's Magic Keyboard. The keys are well made and quiet when typing. 5 stars for an outstanding customer service team! Update 2020: Keyboard and mouse are working great after a few years. I take my hat off to the great design and durability of the product.
