It works well. I purchased it to remind me about my posture and also to reduce the appearance of upper arms. It does help remind me of my posture without causing any pain and is invisible underneath clothing. The edges of the sleeves with small trim look well - mostly unnoticeable -- when they show at edge of 3/4 length sleeves. My only complaint is that the fabric pulls down the length of my arms, pulling the shoulders down my arms as well. This causes a feeling that your sleeves are falling down your arms and you need to keep pushing your sleeves back up. I had to develop an ability to ignore the feeling but it did cause me to panic anyway sometimes when it felt like my clothes were falling off in public. Despite that, I'll order another color in the future.
