The ease of use, ability to create custom dashboards for different business needs.

It's very easy to customize your dashboard with many options available in order to get exactly what you need! I do not like how it takes forever before any changes are reflected after saving them (sometimes up to an hour). Sometimes there can be errors where certain graphs will disappear or reappear when refreshing data but this seems more random than anything else. This has been helpful since we have multiple departments that require separate dashboards so they all look similar while still being able to see their own specific information at one glance.
