Poor manufacture, confusing return policies
There are cheaper alternatives on Amazon. I suggest one of them. The 20mm collet doesn't step on the slide hammer and that's the only thing I needed. other collets are screwed on very roughly or at an angle. Terrible production process of the apparent plagiarism movement. I was trying to return this one and they have a very complicated process so I'm stuck with this and they will charge you to return the broken item.
