Cute but has a lot of shrinkage

I bought the red, loved the fabric and color BUT after trying it on I hand washed and hung to dry. When I put it on to wear there was a definite difference due to slight shrinkage. Also, it has a weird mini combo that serves no other purpose than bringing it together, so I clipped it. Again a cute skirt but be aware and maybe order a size up.
