I can't see what this could be used for when it comes to jellyberries. You'd have to do 1/6th of the recipe or so, and even then I know what's involved. I make gooseberry and chokeberry jelly and this little coaster was utterly useless. The legs don't snap so they are all weak and 2 are pointing one way and the 3rd is pointing the other when screwed all the way in so you can't mount it to the bowl and leave it 'hanging' like that it is. In the photo it is made so that the legs are tightly screwed. The sachet is very small, it wouldn't fit half the berries I had for 1/4 of the gooseberry jelly recipe (and they were only 3 liter jars!). I'm sure this will work well for soups or anything that doesn't have a lot of volume.
