I was looking for a mount after buying a new phone, an iPhone 8S when I came across this one. The reviews were good, so I took a chance. I was skeptical at first but believe me it works. I was recently in a serious bicycle accident. I was hit by a car at 55 km/h. I was thrown a considerable distance off the bike. My bike continued to be thrown. As I lay on the ground, I looked up and saw my bike. The cell phone remained undamaged in the holder. Don't be fooled by appearances. It works. I'm not sure if any other holder could withstand such an impact and keep working. Buy it.
