On the road, the tires behave well - they accelerate and brake well in any conditions, the cross-country ability pleases, they are durable - after driving through the rails and pits, there were no bumps or cuts, all the spikes remained in place for two winters. The side grip is so-so on any surface - on dry pavement it is still tolerable, but on wet and on ice with a slight overspeed you feel how the car begins to “revenge with its tail”. The trouble is not that the car goes into a skid, any tire will behave in a similar way, the bad thing is that the breakdown occurs abruptly and much earlier than you would expect from tires from a first-line manufacturer. In civilian driving, when not many are ready for such tire behavior, I consider this a significant disadvantage. But my main complaint is the noise on the pavement. At city speeds it is still tolerable, but outside the city at speeds over 100 km / h, the noise is extremely annoying. It was because I was driving a lot on the tracks at the beginning of this snowless winter that I changed the Ice Zero to quieter studded tires from another brand. After Pirelli, it is not difficult to choose such ones in any price segment, most will be quieter. I can recommend Ice Zero only to those who usually drive on snow and ice in winter and do not play racer. If in winter you have to drive on clean or wet asphalt for more time, it is better to look at other tires.
