Seriously disappointed. The seat cushion of the chair feels good. The back appears thin and weak. The color (red) is exactly what I was hoping for. It's a dark red, not bright and flashy. Here's the problem (see attached photos): chairs swing to the tune of 3/4 inch! When you lower the adjustable leg to line it up, it comes out. So… I had to unhook the back end and try to move the opposite side up and the top high side down. Now it's gone a solid 1/2 inch. There are no aligners on the back legs, so the only way out is to lower the aligners on the front leg. I tested it on a real level. The back/base doesn't work, the front doesn't, but it doesn't adjust. I'd say you get what you pay for but it wasn't exactly cheap! Once again, China has done an incredibly horrible job! Oh, and it rained heavily here yesterday. The delivery courier put it on my open porch in the middle of a storm and didn't even bother to ring the bell. When I found them, the cases were already DRUNK. I contacted Revain and was told they would be in touch with the delivery team in my area. Right. I will hold my breath Raven again.
