Do exactly what they're supposed to do
I've used an OP/TECH harness to carry binoculars and a camera (long lens) for years. It's great - my neck doesn't hurt anymore from this weight. However, in the last few months the straps have snapped where they attached to the camera - they're just showing their age. Fortunately, only one at a time, so that no damage occurs. I replaced them with these which I like better - the attachments seem to be more durable than the old ones.
