Review on πŸ”§ Sahara High Speed Tire Sealant - Advanced Performance - Tire Repair - Prevent Leaks - Prolong Tire Life – All-Weather – High-Speed – Low-Speed – ARDL Approved (34 Oz Bottle, Sahara) by George Halbohm

Revainrating 3 out of 5

A lot of work to get into the tires but well balanced.

After another breakdown in the middle of nowhere on my BMW GS1250A that needed 2 spark plugs to start I decided to try sealant and equalizer. I'm a tire fitter myself so I don't mind moto shops complaining about slime. There are three issues that make this take a lot longer than you thought: BOTTLE! They put one at 17 ounces and that's it. Number two: you have to break the bead to get the slime in your tires. You can't put the liquid in there without a chance to expel air when you inject the liquid that takes up space. Number three: The material must be excellent at plugging leaks, because it takes 45 minutes to apply to a tire. per hour and compressor. This is because the air shaft gets clogged every 1/4 ounce and you have to unclog it with an air compressor, which adds air to the tire to blow out the sticky clog. So far so good with balancing it out. Given how quickly it clogged the air shaft of a valveless tire, it should handle punctures well. I will let you know by editing this review once I have tested this part and how the next replacement goes. Overall I think it balances well and is more economical than the competition. Just give it more time than you think you need.
