A nice hat but too big for my head

I liked the hat, color, structure, style. I need a hat for a garden wedding and this would suit me if it fits my head and doesn't fall on my face. Yes, I know there's a rope for a little woman like me to tie her tighter, but I'm so inept I pulled her out of my hat. I can't offer a solution and I need the brim to shade my eyes so I put them on and get compliments on how pretty they look.
